Solytics Partners - Lead Python developer - Data Structure & Algorithm (5-10 yrs)

Role and Responsibilities :

- Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure applications using Python and Django.

- Apply OOP principles to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.

- Implement algorithms and data structures to solve complex problems efficiently.

- Participate in system design, including high-level and low-level design of new features and systems.

- Write automated unit tests and ensure the quality and performance of your code.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing codebase, ensuring optimal performance.

- Use design patterns to solve common software design problems effectively.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Key Requirements :

- Strong proficiency in Python with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.

- Deep understanding of the Django framework and asynchronous programming.

- Proficient in working with SQL databases and ElasticSearch.

- Solid knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.

- Experience with RabbitMQ or Redis for message queuing.

- Expertise in writing and executing unit test cases.

- Ability to create and document HLD and LLD diagrams.

- Experience in performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
