We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with expertise in handling RFPs/RFIs, Transaction Monitoring Systems, and a strong understanding of the fintech domain.
The role demands a blend of technical knowledge and business acumen, focusing on delivering solutions for mission-critical applications in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD) and functional requirements (FRD).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and product teams, to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Prepare and manage RFPs/RFIs by working closely with sales and technical teams to craft comprehensive responses and proposals.
- Create detailed technical documentation, including user stories, process flow diagrams, and system architecture overviews.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify business needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
- Support Transaction Monitoring System implementations and ensure solutions align with regulatory and compliance requirements in the fintech domain.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and ensure industry best practices.
- Provide regular project updates, status reports, and risk assessments to stakeholders and senior management.
- AWS knowledge is a plus - assist in designing cloud-based solutions if applicable.
Desired Skills :
- Strong expertise in business analysis processes, including BRD, FRD, and technical documentation.
- Hands-on experience with RFP/RFI preparation and proposal management.
- Solid understanding of the fintech domain, particularly in Transaction Monitoring Systems.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
- AWS knowledge (good to have): Familiarity with services like S3, EC2, or Lambda.
Soft Skills :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams.
