Job Summary:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for recruitment, eagerness to learn, and excellent communication skills. This role involves assisting with the end-to-end hiring process, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities, interview schedules, and feedback.
• Support the TA team in various recruitment-related activities.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0 to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR (internships included).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the Talent Acquisition domain.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship experience in HR or recruitment will be a plus.
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, or Indeed.
