Role & responsibilities

• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage interview feedback and ensure a smooth selection process.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Facilitate background checks and employment verification.
• Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
