Position Summary :

The Head/AD of Training & Audit will define and lead the overall training strategy to align with business objectives, ensuring the organization's sales teams are equipped to deliver exceptional performance. This role oversees training design, implementation, audit processes, and resource allocation to drive sustainable learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement the organization's training vision, strategy, and roadmap.

- Oversee the alignment of training programs with business goals and objectives.

- Manage training budgets, resources, and reporting for organizational efficiency.

- Collaborate with sales and operational leaders to identify training needs and prioritize initiatives.

- Establish robust audit frameworks to monitor training program effectiveness.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the training team to achieve high performance.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in L&D, training, or related fields, preferably in sales training.

- Strong strategic thinking, project management, and leadership skills.

- Proven experience in budget management and driving measurable outcomes.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
