Position Summary:

The Manager - Audit & Training will support the implementation of training initiatives and act as a bridge between sales leadership and the training team. This role focuses on identifying training needs, managing logistics, and monitoring the effectiveness of programs through performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement training programs and manage end-to-end logistics.

- Collaborate with sales leaders to identify team-specific training needs and gaps.

- Track and analyze training performance metrics to assess program effectiveness.

- Provide actionable feedback to trainers and mentors for continuous improvement.

- Maintain documentation of training materials and performance reports.

Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of experience in training implementation and management.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

- Familiarity with training performance tracking tools and methodologies.

- Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple stakeholders.
