Associate Director - Inside Sales

Role Overview:

- As the Associate Director of Inside Sales, you will be the operational backbone of the pre-sales and inside-sales function, driving daily/ weekly/ monthly execution and ensuring consistent team performance.

- Reporting to the Head of Inside Sales, you will work closely with managers and team leads to achieve sales KPIs while enhancing the quality of lead handling and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate the inside sales strategy into actionable plans for managers and teams.

- Drive operational excellence by streamlining lead allocation, qualification, and follow-up processes.

- Monitor team performance through KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed.

- Foster a culture of accountability, high motivation and high performance within the team.

- Partner with Cluster heads to balance the meeting needs of FoS teams

- Identify training needs and collaborate on the development of skill enhancement programs.

- Partner with marketing to optimize lead generation efforts and feedback loops.

Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience in inside sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.

- Proven track record of improving sales funnel efficiency and meeting/exceeding targets.

- Strong data-driven decision-making skills and process orientation.

- Experience in managing mid-sized sales teams and working in fast-paced environments.
