Loan Process Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Loan Process Manager

to assist our Sales and Operations teams in dealing with financing partners and ensuring a

smooth and efficient loan process for our customers. The ideal candidate will have in-depth

knowledge of loan processes, the solar industry, financing, and cash flow models. As a Loan

Process Manager, you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the entire loan

process, from initial application to final disbursement, and ensuring timely and successful

completion of financing arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales and Operations: Work closely with the sales and operations

teams to understand customer needs, financing requirements, and ensure a smooth

process for loan approval and disbursement.

• Engage with Financing Partners: Coordinate and liaise with financing partners to

evaluate loan applications, negotiate terms, and finalize financing options for customers.

• Assist in the Loan Application Process: Guide customers in completing all necessary

documentation and provide support to ensure the loan application process runs

efficiently and smoothly.

• Loan Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all required documentation is submitted

accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with internal policies and

external regulations.

• Track Loan Progress: Monitor loan progress and track key milestones, ensuring that all

processes are followed, and delays are minimized. Keep customers informed of the

status of their loan applications and disbursement.

• Disbursement Coordination: Work closely with financing partners to ensure timely and

accurate disbursement of loans to customers.

• Cashflow and Financial Modeling: Utilize cash flow models and other financial tools to

assess the viability of loan applications and assist in presenting financing options to

customers.

• Team Coordination: Facilitate communication and coordination between sales,

operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations throughout the loan

process.

• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain records of all loan activities, including loan

status, documentation, and communications with financing partners, and generate

reports as required.

• Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing any questions or

concerns about the loan process, and assisting in resolving any issues that may arise

during the loan cycle.

Skills and Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of Loan Processes: Strong understanding of the entire loan

process, including application, approval, documentation, and disbursement.

Solar Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the solar industry, specifically financing

models related to solar energy projects.

• Resco Financing Model: Understanding and experience with the Resco financing

model and how it applies to solar financing.

• Financial and Cash Flow Modeling: Ability to create and interpret financial models,

including cash flow models, to assess loan feasibility and assist in customer financing

options.

• Team Coordination & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication

skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments (sales, operations, finance).

• Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on

loan data and customer financials.

• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the

loan process and documentation.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring a

smooth process for customers and internal teams.

• Experience in Financing and Loan Management: Prior experience in a loan

management or finance-related role, preferably in the solar or renewable energy

industry.

• Strong ability to analyze and interpret financial statements, data, and cash flow models,

enabling informed decision-making and strategic recommendations

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree any field
• 1+ years of experience in loan management, financing, or related roles.
• Previous experience in the solar industry or working with financing models for renewable

energy projects is a plus ( Preferable )
