We are a full-stack D2C residential solar brand - designing, installing, maintaining (after-sales) and financing solar systems for home-owners across India.

Key Responsibilities:
Growth & City expansion initiatives:
- Lead the store expansion at executional level and support Growth leaders in achieving their plans
- Work closely with business leaders and consolidate / optimize the overhead cost of operating in a city.
Facilities & Office Management:
- Oversee the overall upkeep and maintenance of office facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Manage office infrastructure, including housekeeping, security, pantry services, and vendor relationships.
- Handle office space planning, seating arrangements, and expansion requirements as the company grows.
- Coordinate with landlords, property managers, and external service providers for facility-related needs.
Administration & Operations:
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and SOPs for smooth operations.
- Supervise admin staff, housekeeping, and security personnel.
- Manage procurement of office supplies, IT equipment, and other essentials while optimizing costs.
- Ensure proper inventory management and maintenance of office assets.
Vendor & Budget Management:
- Identify, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors for facilities, office supplies, and maintenance services.
- Track expenses and optimize budgets for admin & facility management.
- Ensure cost-effective and high-quality service delivery from external vendors.
Workplace Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, fire drills, and emergency preparedness.
- Maintain office security by enforcing access control, visitor management, and CCTV monitoring.
- Address any workplace safety or security concerns proactively.
Employee Experience & Support:
Create a comfortable and productive work environment for employees.
Oversee travel and logistics support for employees, including ticketing, accommodation, and transport.
Assist in planning and execution of company events, town halls, and employee engagement activities.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 8-10+ years in administration, facilities management, or office operations, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with facility management software or office management tools is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership effectively.
- Crisis Handling: Ability to manage office emergencies and unexpected facility challenges.
- This role will report to FC and work along different stakeholders in managing facilities, IT and growth initiatives. It will have overhead cost optimization as a key performance indicator.
