- Sound Knowledge about Facility Management

- Hands on experience in handling more than 200- 300 branches

- Should have good knowledge about real estate and branch expansions.

- Different contracts and policy. Should have good excel knowledge and presentation skills.

- Should have knowledge about office infrastructure and office management. The person will be in charge of more than 300 off role staff.

- Should possess good leadership skills.

- Managing multiple regional sites through third-party manager - administration partners, including annual budgets, facility management vendor relationships, transport, crisis management, and project transition.
