- As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Sales HR Business Partner (HRBP) to work closely with our sales teams, ensuring a strong people strategy that drives performance, engagement, and growth.
Role Overview:
- The Sales HRBP will act as a strategic partner to the sales leadership team, driving HR initiatives that enhance productivity, performance, and employee experience.
- The role requires a deep understanding of sales functions, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to align HR processes with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy & Business Partnership:
- Partner with sales leadership to understand business goals and align HR strategies accordingly.
- Provide data-driven insights to optimize sales performance and workforce planning.
- Drive HR initiatives that support revenue growth, sales productivity, and team engagement.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to hire top sales talent and ensure seamless onboarding.
- Plan workforce requirements based on sales forecasts and expansion plans.
- Work on employer branding strategies to attract high-performing sales professionals.
3. Performance Management & Employee Development
- Drive the performance appraisal process, ensuring clear goal setting and feedback mechanisms.
- Identify skill gaps and work with L&D teams to implement training and upskilling programs.
- Implement incentive structures that drive sales performance and motivation.
4. Employee Engagement & Retention
- Foster a high-performance sales culture through engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
- Monitor employee morale and proactively address retention challenges.
- Conduct stay interviews and pulse surveys to gather employee feedback.
5. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and ethical standards.
- Work closely with leadership to drive a fair and transparent work environment.
6. HR Operations & Process Improvement
- Oversee smooth execution of PIP (Performance Improvement Plans), exits, and FnF settlements for sales teams.
- Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Utilize HR analytics to track key HR metrics and drive decision-making.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HRBP experience, preferably in a sales-driven organization or high-growth startup.
- Strong understanding of sales team dynamics and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HR tools, data analytics, and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, target-driven work environment.
- MBA/PG in HR or a related field is preferred.
