Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India
Qualification: Any post graduation, preferably MBA / MSW / MA
Experience: 12-17 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the position requirement
• Formulation of appropriate talent acquisition strategy for hiring at all levels
• Create a talent pipeline for all critical roles through talent landscaping for future requirements by evaluating the manpower budgets and manpower requisitions"
• Develop long-term effective sourcing strategies to ensure an optimal channel mix and cost of hiring
• To get actively involved in Leadership hiring & Niche Vacancies
• Develop and implement monthly TA plans to meet the immediate business needs for all open and potential positions in a time-bound manner
• Choose appropriate sources of hiring
• Ensure timely closure of open positions through coordination and follow up
• Effectively analyze data to identify hiring trends, results & identify gaps in the team & processes Monitor & driving talent acquisition metrics"
• Ensure right salary fitment for all selected candidates across levels through effective negotiations

Functional Skills

• Recruitment experience for any Process Industry (Oil & Gas / Petrochemicals / Fertilizers/ Chemicals/ Power/ Steel/ Metals) mandatory (only Service Industry experience not suitable)
• A mixed experience of Corporate & Recruitment companies preferred
• Must possess all levels of hiring experience viz., Senior, Middle and Junior levels
• Good understanding of Recruitment Metrics and MIS

Mandatory Criteria:

• Only recruitment experience of IT/ Services/ BFSI/ Real Estate/ Pharma/ Healthcare/ FMCG will not suffice
• Only Support Services (finance, sales etc.) recruitment experience will not suffice
• Only HRBP experience will not suffice
