Job Title: Senior Manager-Project Operations & Compliance

Job Location: Hyderabad / Mohali

Experience: 11 - 15 years

Key Responsibilities:

PMO Functions:

Resource planning in projects.

Work planning and effort estimation.

Coordination of project manager / team leader.

Resource allocation and conflict resolution.

Maintenance and planning of skills.

Strategic capacity planning at portfolio level.

Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Accreditation:

• Drive the process for obtaining CMMI Level 3 accreditation.
• Conduct readiness assessments, implement process improvements, manage formal appraisal processes, and ensure ongoing compliance with CMMI standards.

Compliance Dashboard Development:

• Lead the creation and deployment of a comprehensive compliance dashboard to monitor and report key metrics.
• Ensure integration with existing systems and that the dashboard provides automated, real-time updates and reporting capabilities.

Financial Governance and Resource Management:

• Oversee and manage operational and capital expenditures.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and maintain high levels of resource utilization to ensure project and financial efficiency.

Quality Management System (QMS) Implementation:

• Implement and maintain a QMS to achieve and uphold ISO 9001 certification.
• Perform internal audits, manage non-conformities, and ensure continuous improvement in line with quality management standards.

Privacy and Security Standards Enhancement:

• Manage the enhancement of privacy and security standards, including the upgrade and extension of ISO/IEC 27001 standards.

Showcasing Company Capabilities:

• Develop and deliver compelling presentations that effectively demonstrate the companys capabilities and achievements to clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 13 years experience in IT, with substantial expertise in project management and process consultancy.
• Proven track record of managing IT projects using Agile methodologies and Scrum processes.
• Strong familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and CMMI standards.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and excellent leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CMMI accreditation processes.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
