Job Title : Microsoft Power Automation Engineer.

Experience : 5 8 years.

Responsibilities :.

- This role aims to create and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and optimize Blackwoods' operations, reducing costs and enhancing customer experience.

- The Automation Engineer will collaborate with the Automation Engineer Lead, business, and Digital & Technology stakeholders to develop Blackwoods' process automation capabilities.

- Assist in technical design, development, and deploying automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and other process automation technologies.

- Create and manage automated workflows to streamline business processes and reduce manual tasks.

- Integrate automation solutions with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, and HCM.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions.

- Provide support and training to end-users on implemented solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft Power Platform and other automation technologies used by Blackwoods.

Experience and Skills Required :

- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate.

- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Platform technologies desirable.

- Demonstrable experience with other automation technologies is desirable.

- Demonstrable experience in delivery of process automation solutions using cloud based.

- Working / post graduate experience 5-8yrs.

- Low code, RPA, and leveraging internal system capabilities.

- Experience working in project teams consisting of business and technology stakeholders.

- Delivery of automation solutions leveraging AI technologies is highly desirable.

- Excellent communications and collaboration abilities.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Demonstrable knowledge of Power Automate solution development and SDLC.

- Experience with other automation tools and technologies.

- Knowledge of data integration and API management.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Strong understanding of business process automation and workflow design.

- Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
