Experiences in Installing, configuring and troubleshooting of Firewalls ( Fortigate/Sophos) Interfaces, Routing, NATing, Policies, VPN SSL, Site to Site, UTM features Webfilter, Application Filter, IPS.
Understanding about different type of internet connectivity and configurations.
Understanding about Routers Static & dynamic Routing, Routing Protocols, OSPF, BGP.
Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems and solve complex problems.
IT service management (ITIL) processes familiarity (e.g., change, service request, problem, incident).
Experiences in installing, Configuring and troubleshooting wireless access point and controllers.
Maintain and update configuration documents.
Maintain SLAs and do timely escalations.
