Job Description

Main Responsibilities.

Privileged Identity Management (Arcon).

Deploy and configure Arcon PAM solutions across various environments (on-premises, cloud, or hybrid).

Design and implement secure access policies, workflows, and configurations for privileged accounts.

Integrate PAM solutions with existing systems, such as Active Directory, LDAP, SIEM, and other security tools.

Provide ongoing administration, monitoring, and optimization of Arcon PAM solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve PAM-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and service disruption.

Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to the PAM platform to maintain security and performance.

Conduct audits, compliance checks, and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

Coordinate with OEM support/account managers as & when required to ensure system functionality as per requirement .

General Responsibilities:.

Providing Audit support.

SOP/Configuration documentation.

Change management/Problem management/Incident management/Use case development.

Ensuring the system is patched as per OEM recommendations.

Maintain and update configuration documents.

Maintain assets and software license/subscriptions.

Vendor co-ordination and support.

Maintain SLAs and do timely escalations.

Report all incident/service/change requests in helpdesk tool.

Provide after hour support in case of emergencies .

Qualification.

Graduate or above.

1+ years of experience working with PAM solutions, particularly Arcon.

Total 3+ years of experience.

Strong knowledge of security protocols,authentication mechanisms, and access control concepts.

Skills:

Excellent troubleshooting skills.

Proven experience as Security admin or similar role.

Exceptional organizing and time-management skills.

Very good communication abilities.

Monitoring configuration and troubleshooting of Arcon PAM.

Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Linux Server is required for PAM installation and configuration.
