Job Description

SOCRadar is looking for Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization's goals and staffing requirements.

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Candidate Assessment: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to determine their suitability for specific roles. Use various assessment tools and methodologies.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive and efficient interview experience.

Employer Branding: Promote the organization as an employer of choice through effective employer branding strategies and initiatives.

Offer Negotiation: Participate in salary and offer negotiations, ensuring that offers are competitive and align with the organization's compensation policies.

Onboarding: Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary information and resources for a successful start.

Candidate Experience: Enhance the overall candidate experience by providing timely and constructive feedback and maintaining open communication.

Data Analysis: Analyze recruitment data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and make data-driven improvements.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies or vendors, if applicable.

Process Improvement: Continuously review and optimize the recruitment process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
