Role.

At SuperProcure, we are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist who is enthusiastic to join the HR function and help the organization scale.

The person would be responsible for talent planning, sourcing, recruitment, employee onboarding & retention.

Responsibilities.

Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's talent requirements for current and future talent needs.

Create job descriptions and update job posts across all job boards to attract talent.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and build a robust talent pipeline by consistently sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates.

Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process to identify candidates who align with the company culture and values.

Work closely with department heads to set performance expectations, goals, and metrics.

Ensure the best culture and retention of talent in the organization.

Requirements.

Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.

Experienced professional with a background in relevant HR consultancies or recruitment firms.

7 years of demonstrable experience in the human resource function.

5 years of experience in hiring for senior roles (both IT/Non-IT).

Highly enthusiastic and sympathetic individual, good at people management.

Hands-on experience in hiring for both Tech and Non-Tech positions fostering growth in the organization.

Talent acquisition experience, preferably in SaaS or technology services companies.

Excellent written and verbal communication with interpersonal skills.

Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
