Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team.

This individual will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's workforce needs.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with department managers, strategize recruiting processes, and ensure a positive candidate experience, contributing to the company's growth and culture.

Responsibilities.

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels.

Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Conduct candidate outreach and engagement, building relationships to ensure a strong pipeline of talent.

Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, managing the interview process from start to finish.

Conduct pre-employment assessments and reference checks as needed.

Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.

Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and market trends.

Communicate regularly with the hiring team to provide updates on candidate progress and feedback.

Create a positive candidate experience by managing communication and expectations throughout the recruitment process.

Promote the company's culture and values in recruitment efforts to attract candidates who align with the organization's mission and values.

Actively participate in employer branding initiatives, including representing the company at job fairs, industry events, and online.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.

g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire) to identify areas for improvement.

Provide regular recruitment reports to management, offering insights and recommendations based on data.

Requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR.

Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
