- Sourcing & Recruitment: Utilize diverse sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract top candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess qualifications to determine the suitability of candidates for specific roles.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Updates: Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends and best practices to continually refine and improve hiring strategies.
Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure recruitment needs are met effectively.
- Ensure a seamless service delivery experience by managing client expectations and providing excellent customer support throughout the hiring process.
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly and proactively to maintain long-term partnerships.
Ideal Profile:
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with candidates and clients at all levels.
- Multitasking & Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Client-Facing Experience: Experience in account management or client relationship management is a plus.
