Zen Technologies - Senior Specialist - Talent Acquisition (4-8 yrs)

We are looking for a Candidate:

- Who can handle end to end recruitment process in Domestic Recruitment (Non IT).

- Sourcing, screening and shortlisting the candidates from different job portals/ social media networking like Naukri, Linked In, Monster etc.

- Schedule and Coordinate interviews with managers and candidates.

- Updating the daily status in ATS

- Conduct background verification / reference checks of the candidates

- Conducting campus Drives/Attending Job Fairs

- Must be a good team player

- Must have good communications and analytical skills

Key skills:

- Hands on experience on bulk hiring Non-IT recruitment

- Must have experience in campus hiring

- MS Office(Word, Excel, PPT)

- Hands on experience using any ATS is an added advantage

- Communication skills

- Relationship building skills

- Multi-tasking skills

Educational qualification:

- MBA in HR/ Industrial Relations/B. Tech (EEE/ECE)

Experience: 4-8 years in Non IT Hiring (Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineers etc. )

Work Location: B-42 Industrial Estate, Sanath Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana 500018
