Group Head- Strategy and Planning

Role & responsibilities

• Strategist deep dives into analysis of Category, Competition, Consumer, Culture & Brand to come up with & articulate unique, differentiated insights
• Creates an integrated strategy platform for campaigns/pitches that will serve as an ideal springboard for creative team
• Adept at making visual presentations with sharp POV & riveting narrative
• Efficient with juggling multiple projects/campaigns at a time
• Strategist translates business objectives into social/digital media objectives, enriched by proprietary benchmarks
• She/He analyses available insights and define overall Strategy in terms of Distribution and Amplification. This may include competitive analysis. She/He selects Platform and define role and objective of each one in the global plan.
• She/He defines the right advertising pressure to put in place to achieve the goals taking into consideration the objectives, challenges & budget limitation.
• She/He helps with new business pitches when needed.
• She/He develops content for client workshops.

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate for the team would have the following background:

• At least 4-7 years of experience in social and/or digital campaign management, digital creative strategy or strategic planning.
• Strategically strong. Understands the clients business and can connect business challenges and social/digital strategy/tactics.
• Advanced Digital background is a plus factor.
• Expert in understanding of social/digital media and established understanding of the wider digital communications landscape.
• Passionate about fast-evolving social/digital media environment with a strong POV to share with clients and colleagues.
• Research skills, with the ability to generate data-based insights to weave into the strategy process.
• Ability to work effectively, proactively, and seamlessly amongst an integrated agency team
• Superior communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
• Eye for innovation and the next emerging platform or partner to consider as part of a social/digital strategy results.
• Candidate must have data analytical skills. Preferably someone who can build detailed strategy case studies
• Very good level of English. Articulate & proficient with the language.
