Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Assistant Social Media Content Strategist to support our digital marketing efforts. This role involves content planning, execution, performance tracking, and engagement strategies to enhance the brand presence of different projects across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing content strategies for different social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
- Research industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies to optimize content.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, including graphics, videos, reels, and carousels, aligning with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to ensure high-quality content.
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interactions.
- Assist in influencer outreach and partnership collaborations.
- Stay updated with platform algorithms and new features to implement innovative content strategies.
- Support the social media manager in campaign execution, reporting, and strategy optimization.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Engagement Rate: Growth in likes, comments, shares, and saves per post.
- Content Reach & Impressions: Improvement in organic and paid reach.
- Follower Growth: Increase in quality followers aligned with target audience.
- Content Consistency: Timely execution of the content calendar.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Social media-driven inquiries, sign-ups, or sales.
- Response Time: Efficiency in responding to comments, messages, and interactions.
- Trend Adaptability: Implementation of viral trends while maintaining brand voice.
- Collaboration & Creativity: Quality of content produced in collaboration with the team.
