Position Overview:

I Knowledge Factory is a leading player in the Digital Marketing Industry, seeking a Social Media Strategist with 4+ years of experience to join our team. This role requires a data-driven, creative thinker who can develop high-impact social media strategies tailored to various industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of social media trends, audience engagement tactics, and performance analytics to enhance brand presence and drive business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Develop and implement data-backed social media strategies to achieve brand objectives, engagement, and growth.
• Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify trends, audience preferences, and opportunities.
• Define target audience personas and align content strategies to optimize engagement.

Content & Campaign Development

• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and video creators to produce high-performing content tailored for different platforms.
• Design and execute social media campaigns that align with business objectives and brand identity.
• Optimize content for different social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
• Use data insights to refine strategies, optimize campaign performance, and improve audience engagement.
• Provide monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Trend Research & Innovation

• Stay updated on emerging social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep strategies relevant.
• Experiment with new content formats, interactive features, and engagement tactics to enhance brand visibility.
• Explore AI-powered tools and automation to improve social media efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 3+ years in social media strategy, digital marketing.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute social media plans aligned with business objectives.
• Content Expertise: Strong understanding of content types, storytelling, and audience engagement techniques.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and social media analytics tools.
• Trend Awareness: Up-to-date knowledge of evolving social media platforms and industry trends.
• Collaboration: Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.).
• Understanding of paid social media advertising & campaign optimization.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and influencer marketing strategies.
