The Minimalist - Social Media Strategist (2-4 yrs)

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Strategist who has their finger on the pulse of all major social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience conceptualizing and executing content strategies for both B2C and B2B brands. You will be responsible for developing content calendars, overseeing social media campaigns, and ensuring engagement and growth across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals.

- Create and manage content calendars for B2C and B2B clients, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.

- Monitor trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to optimize content performance.

- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and copywriters to craft engaging and high-performing content.

- Analyze social media insights and key performance metrics to improve engagement and reach.

- Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes and emerging social trends.

- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).

- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster online community growth.

- Conduct competitive analysis and social listening to identify opportunities for brand growth.
