- We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented YouTube Strategist to join our dynamic team in Ernakulam.

- As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in expanding Entri's reach and impact through YouTube.

- This is a full-time, on-site position that demands a strong understanding of video content creation, optimization, and audience engagement.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive YouTube strategies to increase channel visibility, subscriber growth, and audience engagement.

- Collaborate with the content team to align video content with learning objectives and audience preferences.

- Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for search engine optimization (SEO) on YouTube.

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as watch time, audience retention, and conversion rates.

- Leverage YouTube Analytics to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and refine strategies.

- Stay abreast of the latest YouTube trends, best practices, and algorithm updates.

- Contribute to the overall growth and success of Entri's YouTube channel.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in YouTube content creation, optimization, and engagement.

- Proven track record of successfully growing YouTube channels.

- Strong understanding of SEO principles specific to YouTube.

- Experience with video editing and production software (e. , Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.

- Passion for education technology and a deep understanding of language learning platforms.

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
