The ideal candidate will be a female with strong proficiency in English and Tamil content writing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to handle media negotiations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) in both English and Tamil.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to increase the effectiveness of social media efforts.
• Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns and strategies.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Handle negotiations with media persons and manage rate discussions effectively.
