We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Strategist to develop and implement impactful social media strategies that elevate our brand, engage our audience, and drive results.

Position Overview:
The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for managing our social media presence, crafting engaging content, and executing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, a passion for creative storytelling, and the ability to analyze trends and insights to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Create and curate engaging content (text, images, video, etc.) that aligns with the brand voice and marketing goals.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement, growth, and ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and new features to maintain a competitive edge.
• Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns that support product launches, events, promotions, or seasonal initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, industry leaders, and relevant social media communities.
• Manage paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis.
• Handle community management by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers in a timely and professional manner.
• Create monthly or quarterly reports that highlight social media performance, insights, and recommended improvements.
