Social Media Strategist (Full Time, Temporary/Contractual)

Laqshya Media Group is seeking a smart and strategic Social Media Intern with a strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), and YouTube.
• Assist in developing and executing data-driven social media strategies for brand growth.
• Monitor social media trends and incorporate best practices to boost engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and business development teams to create compelling content.
• Engage with the online community, respond to queries, and manage brand reputation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in creating and editing videos and images through Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro etc.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and audience targeting.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Proactive, strategic thinker with the ability to work independently.

Desired profile of the candidate : -

• Preferably candidates with agency experience who have worked on b2b social media

Qualification : -

• Graduate/ Post Graduate (MBA preferable)
