Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to source top talent through multiple channels.
- Work with hiring managers or operations head I to understand job requirements, define role expectations, and establish timelines for recruitment.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage job postings, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
- Provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Maintain a candidate database for future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to hiring and employment practices.
- Prepare reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Manage Employees Grievances.
- Maintaining records, attendance and data of each employee and providing them to the management team when required.
- Conducting exit interview with outgoing employees.
