Job Description
- Develop and maintain strategies to optimize inventory control.
- Implement and monitor stock adjustment processes to ensure inventory accuracy.
Availability Management:
- Enhance product availability to meet the demand while minimizing excess inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to prevent stockouts.
- Implement strategies for efficient demand forecasting and replenishment.
- Store Level sell through analysis and creating a robust model for replenishing the top movers and outwarding dead inventory from stores.
- Store-level Range Planning .
Key Requirements:
Experience and Skills:
- Experience - 0 - 2 years
- Proficiency in data analysis, using tools such as Advanced Excel, etc.
- Process-Oriented Mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on inventory control and efficiency.
- Ability to establish and implement best practices for inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving impactful results.
