Logistics Executive

Location: Bangalore HQ

Job Overview:-

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage and optimize our B2B logistics operations for our Snitch apparel brand retail stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain management, with a focus on transportation, logistic management, and coordination with business partners. The role will involve ensuring timely deliveries, managing logistics costs, and ensuring a smooth flow of goods from WH to Stores and vice versa.

Key Responsibilities:

1. B2B Logistics Coordination:

• Oversee the end-to-end logistics process for all B2B shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to retailers, distributors, and other business partners.
• Coordinate with warehouses, transporters, and suppliers to streamline the movement of goods.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with delivery schedules, and resolve any issues that arise during transit.

1. Vendor Partner Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with logistics service providers, transportation partners, and other external store personnel.
• Ensure proper co-ordinations for pickup alignment, vehicle alignments for NSO, Store pickups, Inter Store transfer and Delivery management.

1. Issue Resolution:

• Proactively identify potential issues related to deliveries and logistics operations, providing quick solutions to prevent delays or disruptions.
• Address Store complaints regarding delivery timelines, damages, or discrepancies in coordination with relevant teams courier partner.

1. Compliance Reporting:

• Ensure adherence to all legal regulations, company policies, and safety standards related to logistics and transportation.
• Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time delivery rates, TAT breaches, etc.

Requirements:

Education: - 12th passed, Graduate will be preferred.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management, preferably in the B2B sector within the apparel or retail industry.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of logistics management software and ERP systems is a plus.
