- Campaign Support: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring influencer campaigns, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with influencers, agencies, and content creators.
- Performance Analysis: Track and report on campaign performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, ROI) and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Content Coordination: Collaborate with influencers to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Database Management: Maintain and update an organized database of influencer partnerships and collaborations.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to leverage new opportunities.
- Administrative Tasks: Support contract negotiations, payment processes, and other administrative tasks related to influencer collaborations.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Passionate about digital marketing and influencer trends.
- Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
