Junior Merchandizer

Role & responsibilities :

Inventory Management:

• Ensure stores have the right products in the right quantities
• Monitor inventory based on sales and intake
• Manage stock movement and promotions
• Collaborate with suppliers and buyers to plan product ranges

Supplier and Vendor Communication:

• Liaising with suppliers and vendors to place orders, negotiate prices, and manage product deliveries.
• Assisting with purchase orders and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Stock Management:

• Ensuring the availability of stock in line with demand by working closely with suppliers and the logistics team.
• Monitoring stock levels and generating reports to track inventory performance.

Administrative Support:

• Assisting with various administrative tasks such as maintaining records, updating stock lists, and managing timelines.
• Keeping track of orders, deliveries, and product returns or exchanges.

Other responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage budgets
• Track KPIs and make reports
• Stay up to date with the latest technology and industry best practices.
