Role & responsibilities of TL

• Setting sales targets to be achieved by the sales team by analysing past trends.
• Daily review with team to track performances.
• Handling customer query and collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
• Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of the department achieve store goals.
• Team engagement
• Assesses and evaluate business opportunities both qualitatively and quantitatively.
• Work with cross functions to achieve the Business goals.
• Forecast stock by analysing the sales trend and visualising the future factors like market trend seasons and festivals, maintain stock accordingly in the Section.
• Responsible for stock inward and outward of the Section.
• To ensure that visual merchandising and in store decoration is done properly

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have a Graduate
• Qualified with minimum 5 years in retail industry.
• Must have worked as a team leader/ Senior CRE for min. 2 years in retail.
• Willingness and ability to handle team.
• Technical competence to interpret and effectively communicate specifications and results with team members.
