The Job :

We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team. We're building the next generation of SaaS product and we need your help to take it to the next level.

As a Senior Software Engineer, your responsible include :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications.

- Contribute to architectural decisions and champion best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to deliver high-quality features.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

- Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks and technical debt.

Ideal Candidate :

- You have a degree in Computer Science as well as at least 5 years of experience in Software engineering within a product company.

- You are proficient in one or more of the following languages : Ruby, PHP, Python, or Java, and open to working with/learning Ruby as part of your role.

- You have experience with testing frameworks (e.g., RSpec, Minitest).

- You are proficient in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and familiar with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- You can communicate in English to be able to work effectively with international team members

- You are a strong team player & problem solver and demonstrate a strong interest in disrupting traditional industries through innovative technology.
