The Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented SEO Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our online visibility and driving organic traffic to our website. You will also contribute to broader digital marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
SEO:
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis.
- On-page and off-page SEO optimization, including technical SEO, content optimization, and link building.
- Track, analyse, and report on SEO performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
Digital Marketing:
- Assist with the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and analyse website traffic and user behaviour.
- Contribute to content marketing efforts, including blog posts, articles, and social media content.
Google Rank Improvement:
- Implement strategies to improve website ranking in Google search results.
- Identify and resolve technical issues that may be impacting search engine visibility.
- Monitor and analyse Google Search Console data to identify and address any issues.
Website Development & Management (CMS & WordPress):
Website Content Updates:
- Add, edit, and maintain website content (text, images, videos) within the WordPress CMS.
- Ensure all website content is optimized for search engines (SEO) including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO.
- Design Pages using Custom CSM or WordPress CMS
Technical SEO:
- Implement strategies to improve website ranking in Google search results.
- Identify and resolve technical issues that may be impacting search engine visibility (e.g., broken links, slow loading times, mobile responsiveness).
- Monitor and analyse Google Search Console data to identify and address any issues related to website indexing, crawling, and ranking.
Core Responsibilities:
- Enhance Online Visibility: Drive organic traffic to the website and improve overall online visibility.
- SEO Strategy & Execution: Conduct in-depth keyword research, perform on-page and off-page SEO optimizations, and track SEO performance.
- Digital Marketing Contributions: Support digital marketing campaigns, conduct competitor analysis, and contribute to content marketing efforts.
- Google Rank Improvement: Implement strategies to improve website ranking in Google search results and resolve technical issues impacting search engine visibility.
- Website Development & Management: Manage website content within the WordPress CMS, ensure SEO best practices for all website content, and design pages using the CMS.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Conduct keyword research and analysis.

Ideal Candidate:
- Education: Bachelor's/master's degree in digital marketing, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: You have at least 4 years' experience ideally in SEO/SEM or Digital Marketing within IT and Telecommunications industry.
Skills:
- Technical: Proven expertise in SEO techniques (on-page, off-page), Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant digital marketing tools. Experience with WordPress CMS is a plus.
- Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Other: Strong attention to detail, high-quality work ethic, and a positive, results-oriented attitude.
Preferred:
- Experience working with corporate clients.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay current with industry trends.
