Our client is originally founded as National Soap Mills by Sanjeev Bansal in 1956, initially focused on laundry soaps and detergents. Over time, the business stagnated in terms of growth and consumer reach, especially for their local brands.

The Job

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis

- Promote products

- Manage and maintain a robust distribution network

- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs

Ideal Candidate

- You have at least 5 years experience including solid experience in a similar role

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple Distributors, Super stockists

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

- You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
