About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute multi-channel marketing strategies. This role requires expertise in SEO, PPC, social media, content strategy, email marketing, graphic design, and video editing to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink building using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
- Optimize website structure, metadata, and technical SEO aspects for better search visibility.
- Track and analyze organic traffic, bounce rates, and user engagement to refine strategies.
2. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) & Paid Advertising:
- Create and manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube Ads campaigns.
- Optimize ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Monitor CTR, conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) to refine campaigns.
- A/B test ads and landing pages for performance improvement.
3. Social Media Marketing & Management:
- Develop and execute organic and paid social media marketing strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Create engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, reels, and carousels.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and analytics to increase engagement and followers.
- Implement social media automation tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) for scheduling and performance tracking.
4. Content Marketing & Strategy:
- Plan and execute content strategies for blogs, case studies, e-books, whitepapers, and infographics.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and video editors to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
- Develop storytelling approaches to enhance brand engagement and authority.
5. Graphic Design & Video Editing:
- Work closely with designers to create eye-catching graphics, banners, and creatives for campaigns.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for ads, social media, and website content.
- Utilize tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects for visual content.
6. Email Marketing & Automation:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Segment email lists, create automated workflows, and track open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
- Optimize email subject lines, copy, and design for better engagement.
7. Web & Landing Page Optimization:
- Optimize landing pages for lead generation and user experience.
- Collaborate with developers for website improvements and performance tracking.
- Ensure website is mobile-friendly, fast-loading, and SEO-optimized.
8. Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM dashboards.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, customer behavior, and ROI.
- Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to enhance strategies.
9. Team Management & Collaboration:
- Lead a team of SEO specialists, PPC experts, content writers, graphic designers, and video editors.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation efficiently.
Key Skills & Requirements:
1. 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
2. Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid platforms.
3. Strong knowledge of graphic design (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
4. Experience in email marketing (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) and marketing automation tools.
5. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other digital tools.
6. Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices for website and landing page optimization.
7. Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
8. Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
