Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization strategy and enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO. They will work closely with content, marketing, and development teams to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.

- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

- Optimize website structure, on-page elements, and content for improved search visibility.

- Manage technical SEO aspects, including site speed optimization, mobile-friendliness, and schema markup.

- Oversee link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and credibility.

- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).

- Work closely with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website content.

- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

- Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in a managerial role.

- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.

- Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO implementation.

- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in B2B SEO or the financial services industry.

- Familiarity with local SEO and international SEO strategies.

- Basic understanding of PPC and digital marketing strategies.
