Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization strategy and enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO. They will work closely with content, marketing, and development teams to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.

Key Responsibilities:

1.) Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.

2.) Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

3.) Optimize website structure, on-page elements, and content for improved search visibility.

4.) Manage technical SEO aspects, including site speed optimization, mobile-friendliness, and schema markup.

5.) Oversee link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and credibility.

6.) Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).

7.) Work closely with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website content.

8.) Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

9.) Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements:

1.) 7+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in a managerial role.

2.) Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.

3.) Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.

4.) Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO implementation.

5.) Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.

6.) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

7.) Strong communication and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

1.) Experience in B2B SEO or the financial services industry.

2.) Familiarity with local SEO and international SEO strategies.

3.) Basic understanding of PPC and digital marketing strategies.
