- Partnership Management: Establish and manage strategic partnerships with mutual fund houses, insurance providers, and other financial entities to expand product offerings.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team in executing growth strategies, launching products, and ensuring seamless execution across the organization.
- Revenue & AUM Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and assets under management (AUM) while improving user acquisition and retention.
- KPI Monitoring: Track and optimize key business metrics including revenue, AUM, user acquisition, and repeat transactions.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in wealth tech, investment management, or related business leadership roles in startups.
- Proven experience leading business growth from 0 to 1, with a focus on driving revenue and scaling new business initiatives.
- Strong background in partnership management and establishing relationships with financial entities.
- Deep understanding of wealth tech and investment business and a passion for driving impactful change.
- Strategic leadership experience, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and business performance.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in startups or high-growth environments, particularly in fintech or wealth management.
- Tier 1 college graduate (preferably MBA).
