Job description:
Key responsibilities:
- Market Research & Strategy Development: Identifying and analyzing new international markets and customer segments. This includes understanding market trends, customer preferences, competition, and regulatory environments.
- Sales Target Setting & Achievement: Setting sales goals and developing strategies to meet or exceed targets in international markets. This might include managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and tracking progress.
- Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, agents, partners, and customers in foreign markets. Networking and attending trade shows or business events can also be part of this.
- Negotiating & Closing Deals: Engaging with potential clients, negotiating terms, preparing contracts, and closing sales deals in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Working closely with marketing, finance, legal, and operations departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales strategies.
- Customer Support & After-Sales Service: Providing ongoing support to international customers and ensuring satisfaction post-sale. Handling issues related to returns, warranties, or customer feedback.
- Salary - 35k IH + 100/- per day travel allowance + unlimited incentives
- Shift - 12am - 9am
- Work from office
- 5 working days - 2 rotational week offs
