The TA Sourcing Specialist is a part of the EMEA & APAC Sourcing Hub and will be supporting sourcing and recruitment activities at Smith+Nephew GBS Services. As a TA Sourcing Specialist, you will support South Asia regions, as well as other markets depending on the business priorities. The incumbent will be proactively working alongside TA Leads & hiring managers in identifying & recruiting candidates using different sourcing techniques. The TA Sourcing Specialist has two principal responsibilities: sourcing candidates which includes developing proactive recruitment marketing activities, building robust candidate pipelines, conducting phone screenings, reviewing CVs as well as recruitment coordination support including scheduling interviews, posting job adverts, and maintaining candidates databases and creating role wise pipelines. Responsibilities: Source candidates through a variety of channels including direct sourcing (LinkedIn / Naukri), internal database (Workday, Beamery), job boards, referrals, networking, social media, etc. Runs the initial hiring stages including Sourcing & screening CVs, phone screening, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews. Works closely with TA Specialists/Leads and Hiring Managers to ensure a clear understanding of skillsets, requirements and experience needed for identified roles. Also collaborates with TA team members on different recruitment projects, such as EVP, candidate experience surveys, candidate pipeline, recognition, reporting, development and hiring managers education. Develops innovative recruitment strategies including identification of new sourcing channels, as well as shares best practices, and industry and market intelligence data to support the TA team. Demonstrates the Smith & Nephew Culture pillars and our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to engage leads and convert them into applicants. Education & Experience: MBA/PGDM or bachelors degree within Business Management/HR field or relevant studies.
