Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Coimbatore (Vedapatti)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will provide support in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Hiring

- Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.

- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding process.

- Ensure compliance with recruitment and hiring policies.

2. Employee Relations

- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.

- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns.

- Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation.

3. Benefits Administration

- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.

- Communicate benefits information to employees and answer questions.

4. Compliance and Record-Keeping

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR files.

5. Training and Development

- Assist with training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives.

- Coordinate logistics for training sessions and events.

6. HR Projects and Initiatives

- Participate in HR projects, such as policy development, employee engagement, and diversity initiatives.

- Conduct research and analyze data to inform HR decisions.

Requirements:

- 1 - 2 years of experience in HR or related field.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
