We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales professional to join our team and represent our exclusive collection of high-end tableware and dining accessories. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury dining, excellent sales acumen, and the ability to build strong relationships with affluent clientele, interior designers, and hospitality businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Customer Engagement:
o Drive sales of premium tableware, cutlery, glassware, and dining accessories to high-networth corporates.
o Provide personalized service to clients, guiding them through product selections that match their tastes and needs.
o Conduct product presentations / demonstrations to the clientele.
• Business Development & Client Relations:
o Build and maintain long-term relationships with luxury home decor stores, interior designers, event planners, and hospitality professionals.
o Identify and reach out to potential clients to expand the customer base. o Attend industry events, trade shows, and private showcases to represent the brand and attract new clients. •Product Knowledge & Brand Representation:
o Stay updated on trends in luxury dining and fine tableware to provide expert advice.
o Educate clients on the craftsmanship, heritage, and uniqueness of each product.
o Maintain a high level of brand integrity and luxury service standards.
• Sales Performance & Reporting:
o Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
o Maintain accurate records of sales, client preferences, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
o Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in high-end tableware, home décor, or lifestyle products.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with affluent customers and industry professionals.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A deep appreciation for fine craftsmanship, luxury dining aesthetics, and table etiquette.
• Ability to provide a highly personalized shopping experience.
Preferred Experience:
• 3+ years in luxury retail, interior decor sales, or hospitality sales.
• Background in working with exclusive brands.
