Salesforce Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Developer with expertise in Salesforce to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing technical content that supports our Salesforce products and services. This includes user manuals, installation guides, release notes, training materials, and other technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Develop high-quality technical documentation and content for Salesforce products and services.
• Write and edit user manuals, installation guides, release notes, and training materials. • Create and maintain API documentation, technical articles, and knowledge base content.

Content Management:

• Organize and manage the content repository, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accurate content.
• Continuously update and refine content to align with product updates and user feedback. Technical Expertise:
• Gain a deep understanding of Salesforce products, features, and functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce developments and industry trends.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce documentation within the organization.

Quality Assurance:

• Review and edit content created by other team members to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Implement and adhere to content development best practices and standards.

Training and Support:

• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for internal teams and end-users.
• Provide support to users and stakeholders by answering questions and resolving content related issues.

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Education, Information Technology, Business, or a related field

Experience:

• Proven experience in technical content development, specifically for Salesforce products.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and documentation tools. Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Confluence, MadCap Flare, or similar
