Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Developer with expertise in Salesforce to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing technical content that supports our Salesforce products and services. This includes user manuals, installation guides, release notes, training materials, and other technical documentation.

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Education, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
Experience:
• Proven experience in technical content development, specifically for Salesforce products.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and documentation tools. Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Confluence, MadCap Flare, or similar
