Job Title: Program Associate

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Job Summary: As a Program Manager, you will design, execute, and optimize key educational programs that align with our company's vision. You will work cross-functionally with product, content, and operations teams to ensure the seamless delivery of impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, curriculum designers, and marketing teams, to drive program success.
• Project Management: Oversee end-to-end program lifecycles, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and publish project reports
• Performance Metrics: Define KPIs and regularly monitor, analyze, and report program performance to key stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback from learners, educators, and stakeholders to optimize programs for engagement and outcomes.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure seamless program execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in the EdTech sector.
• Strong understanding of instructional design, education technology, and learner engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities to manage diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on analytics insights.
