Salesforce QA Associate

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce QA Associate to ensure the quality and performance of our Salesforce implementations.
• The ideal candidate will design, execute, and optimize test cases while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for Salesforce functionalities.
• Conduct functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with developers and business teams to understand requirements and improve quality standards.
• Maintain testing documentation and provide regular updates on progress.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of Salesforce QA experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom apps.
• Basic knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning components is a plus.
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
