Junior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Developer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Salesforce development, particularly with Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex. Additionally, the candidate should have practical experience with Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud, along with the Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support our business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design & Development: Develop custom Salesforce applications, features, and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, Aura components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience Cloud: Utilize hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud to create, configure, and maintain community portals and digital experiences.
• Sales Cloud: Customize and extend Sales Cloud functionalities to meet business requirements and improve user experience.
• Integration: Assist with integrating Salesforce with other internal and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Customization: Customize Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud to fit business needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and senior developers to gather requirements and implement effective Salesforce solutions.
• Testing & Deployment: Perform unit testing, assist with integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Participate in deployment using Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of developed solutions and processes.
• Support: Provide ongoing support for deployed solutions, addressing issues and optimizing performance.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Experience Cloud: Proven experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
• Sales Cloud: Familiarity with customizing Sales Cloud to meet business requirements.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Aura components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Basic experience with version control using Git.
• Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification is required.
• Tools & Technologies: Familiarity with VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and other development tools.
• Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
